Project Fee & Subscription Plan: 

Upon successful payment of the project fee, ServTunity LLC will initiate the web design project within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the availability of resources and the complexity of the project. The specific timeline for project completion will be communicated to you separately and agreed upon between you and ServTunity LLC.

By subscribing to the Web Design Monthly Subscription, you agree to pay the specified monthly fee as outlined on our website. The subscription plan grants you access to our web design services for the duration of the subscription period. 

Payment and Billing: 

Payment for the Web Design Monthly Subscription will be processed through the designated payment method chosen by Servtunity LLC during the subscription sign-up process. You authorize ServTunity LLC to charge the monthly subscription fee to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription. 

Subscription Duration and Renewal: 

The Web Design Monthly Subscription is valid for the duration of the billing cycle, which starts on the date of subscription and continues on a monthly basis. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by you or terminated by ServTunity LLC. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support email listed on our website. 

Service Modifications and Termination: 

ServTunity LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Web Design Monthly Subscription, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of a service termination, you will be notified, and any applicable refunds or compensations will be determined at the sole discretion of ServTunity LLC. 

Use of Web Design Services: 

During the subscription period, you may request web design services from ServTunity LLC as specified in the subscription plan. The scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon between you and ServTunity LLC on a per-project basis. Additional terms and conditions may apply to individual projects, and they will be communicated to you in writing. 

Intellectual Property Rights: 

Any intellectual property rights arising from the web design services provided under the Web Design Monthly Subscription shall be owned by ServTunity LLC or its licensors. You shall not claim ownership or transfer any intellectual property rights without prior written consent from ServTunity LLC. 

Limitation of Liability:

 In no event shall ServTunity LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Web Design Monthly Subscription, including but not limited to the use or inability to use the web design services, even if ServTunity LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Governing Law: 

The Web Design Monthly Subscription and its associated terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By subscribing to the Web Design Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these additional terms and conditions, in addition to the general terms and conditions outlined above.
